Inspired by a transformative lecture by Dr Khader Vali, renowned as the millet man of India, we recognized the potential of millets. Reddy’s childhood memories of his mother’s nutritious and resilient millet-based dishes further fueled his determination. In 2019, he embarked on a journey to grow millets on his farm and established Sattva Millets and Food Products. Incubated at the prestigious Institute of Millet Research in Hyderabad, our processing plant adds value to these exceptional grains.
Driven by our commitment to excellence, we have fostered strong connections with farmer-producer organizations nationwide. By directly collaborating with farmers, we promote fair trade practices and empower agricultural communities. We prioritize long-term relationships, offering guaranteed buy-back deals to individual farmers even before they sow millets. This ensures a sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership.
